This is a sheet of 9 total, black, felt strips. These strips are backed with a sticky adhesive. Each strip measures 10 3/8" long, 10mm wide, and 1mm thick. You will receive 9 strips per order with a quantity of 1. You will receive 18 strips with a quantity of 2, and so on, etc. These are a soft felt that is black colored.
