This panel fits 2001-2006 Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Stratus, 2007 Dodge Dakota, 2012 Dodge Challenger, and 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles. This panel mounts on the top of the dashboard, up near the windshield in these cars. This panel is a black colored plastic part. This is for those vehicles equipped with ATC (Auto Temperature Control). This is a discontinued part and is now a rare and hard to find item.
