This is the radiator coolant recovery hose for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C6500, C7500, and C8500 trucks. This hose is a black rubber hose. This also includes the clip the hold it in place. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item.
