This is the upper B-Pillar trim panel for the left (LH) side in 2006-2010 Hummer H3 vehicles. This item mounts on the B-pillar on the upper half on left side (LH) driver side in these vehicles. This part has the seat belt height adjustment trim cover panel already built inside of it. This panel is a gray colored plastic part. This part does not have the handle for the back seat passengers built into it.
