This is the heater hose outlet pipe for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick trucks. The exact models this fits is unknown. Please make sure this part looks like your part and has the same measurements to ensure correct fitment. This hose is a black rubber part with clamps on each end. One end also has a black fitting on it. The other end has a 90* bend that is 4.25" long. The overall length is 41" long.
