This is the front left fender / wheelhouse rubber seal for 1997-2002 Medium Truck Tilt Cab Isuzu GMT540, and 2004-2009 Medium Truck Tilt Cab Models 6000 7000 8000. This item is flexible rubber with a sticky backing and could be used for many other applications also. This item measures 21.5" long, by .875" wide, and has three holes in it.
