This is a radiator coolant outlet cap/plug for many different GM vehicles from 2003-2014. This is for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C4500, and 2013-2014 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, and GMC Sierra 3500 trucks. This cap mounts on the top of the radiator and plugs up a coolant outlet for certain situations. This is a black colored rubber plug that would be held on with a radiator hose clamp. Replace your old, leaking, or missing plug with this brand new factory original part from GM at a fraction of the dealer price.
