This is the steering wheel mounted audio and HVAC controls for 2008-2010 Toyota Avalon vehicles. These switches are dark grey colored plastic that Toyota calls Charcoal grey. These switches are for vehicles without the laser cruise control option but with the JBL audio system. The left hand button functions include Volume Up/Down, Scan Up/Down, Mode (Off/Hold), and Telephone Answer/Hangup. The right hand button functions include Temperature Up/Down, Auto, HVAC Off, and Voice Control.
