This is the lower left dash panel trim piece for 2006-2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 2006-2013 Chevrolet Impala, and 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited vehicles. This item mounts on the lower left side of the dashboard, above the drivers legs. This part is a black colored plastic part that GM calls Ebony.
