This is the lower panel for the bottom side of the steering column in 2006-2013 Chevrolet Impala and 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited vehicles. This item mounts on the bottom side of the dash, above the drivers legs. This is a black colored plastic part that GM calls Ebony. This part comes with 4 mounting tabs installed already.
