This is the switch for the left hand side of the steering wheel for 2005-2007 Toyota Sequoia vehicles made in the US. This item is a dark grayish brown colored plastic called sandalwood by Toyota. This is for vehicles with normal cruise control. The button functions include Volume Up/Down, Seek Up/Down, and Mode. This switch assembly is without Bluetooth.
