This is the upper center pillar trim for the left (LH) side in 2004-2005 Toyota Sienna vans. This trim mounts on the upper b-pillar on the drivers side, and is the trim that covers the seatbelt. This trim has the seat belt shoulder height adjustment section in it as well. This part is for those vehicles WITHOUT the side curtain, head air bag. This part is a gray colored plastic part that Toyota calls Stone. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from Toyota at a fraction of the dealer price.
