This is the driver side, knee bolster panel for 2004-2009 Cadillac XLR vehicles. This part mounts on the lower section of the dash on the driver side. This panel is called the knee bolster panel and covers the steering column on these vehicles. This part is a black colored part that GM calls Ebony.
