This is the headlight for the left (LH) side on 2003-2006 Chevrolet Avalanche, Suburban, and 2003-2007 Chevrolet Silverado trucks. This is a used, factory OEM, genuine GM part. This has some fading and yellowing with some minor chip marks but no major cracks. This does not come with the bulbs either.
