This is the steering wheel for 2002-2005 Cadillac Deville vehicles and 2002-2004 Cadillac Seville vehicles. This item is wrapped with a black leather. This item is for vehicles with cruise control, temperature control, and voice control. This wheel comes with the steering wheel mounted control switch assemblies. This does not come with the black plastic wheel backing. This wheel also does NOT come with the airbag or the airbag cover.
