This is the upper center pillar trim panel for the left (LH) side in 2001-2003 Toyota Sienna vans. This item mounts on the upper half of the B-Pillar (Center) on the left side. This part has that seat belt height adjustment cover piece in it as well. This part is for those vans equipped with dual sliding doors.
