This is dashboard instrument cluster bezel for 2001-2003 Dodge Stratus and Chrysler Sebring vehicles. This trim mounts around the gauge cluster and over on top of the center console in these vehicles. This part is a blue colored plastic part that is called Deep Royal Blue. This has the empty storage pocket between the two vents on the top of the center console. This part is discontinued by Daimler Chrysler and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from Daimler Chrysler.
