This is the headlight vertical alignment adjuster bar for the left (LH) headlamp on 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5 vehicles. This is for the left side of the left headlight and is the vertical adjustment bar. This is the bar only, this does not include the inserts, alignment gears, or the mounting screws. You will receive what you see in the pictures. This is a brand new, factory OEM, genuine GM part, not in the original package.
