This is the steering wheel for 1995 Subaru Legacy vehicles. This wheel is a black colored polyurethane style wheel. This steering wheel is for vehicles equipped with an airbag but without cruise control. This item comes with the horn wiring harness and the black colored plastic backing. This steering wheel does NOT come with an airbag or the airbag cover. This item has been discontinued and is no longer available from Subaru. This is now a rather rare part!
