This is the seatbelt shoulder cover trim piece for the front seats for 1995-1998 Toyota Avalon vehicles. This item is for both the left and right side seats. This trim piece goes inside the B-pillar where the upper mount for the seatbelt is located. The trim piece is grey colored plastic, but Toyota calls it Quartz.
