This is the horizontal headlight adjuster for the left (LH) headlight on 1995-1998 Oldsmobile Aurora vehicles. This is a brand new, factory OEM, genuine GM part, not in the original package. This adjusts the horizontal (left & right) direction of the left headlamp. This part has been discontinued and is no longer available from GM and is now a rare, and hard to find item new.
