This is the front right (RH) fender louver panel for 1985-1990 Chevrolet Corvette C4 vehicles. This is a used, factory OEM, genuine GM part, in damaged condition. This has scratches, scuffs, and blemishes. This part is not perfect and should be re-painted before installing. Three mounting points are cracked (circled in red in the pictures). This is a red colored panel. This has the Tuned Port Injection molding.
