This is the steering wheel for 1976 Chevrolet Corvette C3 vehicles. This will fit all C3 Corvette from 76-79 without tilt and telescope wheel, although this Vega style wheel was only used in the 1976 model years. This is a blue colored wheel. This is a factory OEM, genuine GM part, in great condition for it's age. This does not have the spring on the back.
