This is the air intake filter/cleaner restriction gauge for 2008-2009 GMC Topkick and Chevrolet Kodiak C4500 and C5500 trucks. This gauge mounts inside the cabin in the center console and measures the restriction of the air intake into the engine. This gauge basically measures how dirty the engine air intake filter is. This part is no longer available from General Motors and is now a rare and difficult item to find. Replace your old, faulty, malfunctioning gauge with this brand new factory original part from General Motors.
