This is the upper radiator hose for 2007-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C4500 trucks. This is for those trucks with the 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel engine. This is a blue colored, silicone radiator hose with a 1.75" inside diameter. This hose carries antifreeze from the engine to the radiator in these trucks. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old hose with this brand new factory original part from GM.
