This is the upper radiator hose for 2004-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick T6500, T7500, and T8500 trucks. This part mounts on the upper, radiator inlet on these trucks. This is a blue colored silicone radiator hose. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from GM.
