This is the HVAC (heater) control panel for 2003-2009 GMC Topkick and Chevrolet Kodiak C4500, C6500, C7500, and C8500 trucks. This control panel includes the rear window defrost button. This unit does NOT have air conditioning. This panel has 3 knobs, fan speed (1-4), temperature blend, and air direction knob. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from General Motors.
