This is the upper radiator hose for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C6500, C7500, and C8500 trucks. This is a blue colored silicone hose with a 1.75" inside diameter. This hose is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old hose with this brand new factory original part from GM.
