This is the heater hose inlet pipe for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C4500 trucks. This is a black colored rubber hose with clamps on each end. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from GM.
