This is the steering wheel for 2009-2010 Saturn Outlook vehicles. This wheel is wrapped with blue leather and includes the blue plastic backing. This is for vehicles with cruise control and accessory controls. This is not for vehicles with the heated steering wheel. The left hand button functions for the cruise control include Cruise Control On, Reset +, Set -, and Cruise Control Cancel. The right hand button functions include Telephone Answer, Telephone Hangup, Voice Control, Source, Play, and Volume Up/Down. This item does NOT come with the airbag or the airbag cover.
